DOEPFER
MCV4 front MCV4 rear MCV4

The MCV4 is a MIDI-to-CV/GATE-Interface. CV1 (1v/octave) is generated from key data, CV2 is generated from Aftertouch data, CV3 is generated from either Velocity or Controller 7 (Volume) data and CV4 is generated from any MIDI controller number or Velocity. Gate/Trigger can be V-Trig or S-Trig. The MIDI Velocity data can multiply the data produced by the controller data.

MSY2 Front MSY2 Rear MSY2

The MSY2 is a MIDI to clock interface that converts MIDI realtime events CLOCK, START and STOP into the corresponding signals CLOCK and START/STOP of the SYNC standard (as used by vintage drum computers or sequencers such as the Roland TR808 and TB303). SYNC-START/STOP is a signal that indicates on the 2 possible states: START = +5V, STOP = 0V. The MSY2 allows the reduction of the tempo by dividing the incoming MIDI clock frequency by any value between 1 and 16 with 4 DIP switches. 1 corresponds to the 1:1 conversion, 16 is the maximum of frequency reduction, i.e. after 16 MIDI clocks 1 SYNC clock appears. The polarity of the CLOCK signal and the polarity of the START/STOP can be chosen by 2 DIP switches.
